About me

It started at a car show when I was three.

My dad took me to my first car show when I was three years old, and from that moment I knew I needed a career built around cars. He loved cars, but he also loved cameras, and somehow I've been lucky enough to turn both of those passions into one job. For the past five years I've been growing Captain Crankshaft into a community of car lovers exploring every corner of the automotive world: the builds, the rescues, the rally trips, and everything in between, racking up more than 2 billion views along the way.
